Permanent Outdoor Lighting in Red Deer, AB

Midway up the QE2, and the anchor of everything we do in central Alberta.

About Red Deer

Red Deer sits halfway between Calgary and Edmonton, and it is the anchor of everything we do north of the city. We are on the QE2 corridor every week, and the towns around it — Sylvan Lake, Lacombe, Blackfalds, Innisfail — are all served off the same run.

The city’s housing stock is unusually varied for its size, and that matters more than people expect. The older streets near the river have deep eaves, mature trees and rooflines with real character to trace. The newer subdivisions out toward Timberlands and Clearview Ridge run to steeper pitches, taller gables and a lot of front-facing garage. Those are different design problems, and a system laid out well for one looks wrong on the other. We measure and design each one on site rather than working off a formula.

Winter is the whole argument here. Red Deer gets genuinely dark by mid-afternoon in December, and the stretch from November to February is long. A house with its lines lit is a better place to come home to for a third of the year — and the holiday lights are already up, every year, without anybody standing on ice with a staple gun.

We install across the city and out into the county. Book a free design visit and we will walk your rooflines with you.

Common questions

Before you book

How much does it cost?

Every home is different — corners, peaks, and lengths change the design, so we price each project individually and give you one fixed written quote. The design visit and quote are free, with no obligation.

How long does installation take?

Most residential installations are completed in about a day, depending on the size and design of your home. We confirm your timeline with your quote.

Does it work in Alberta winters?

It's built for year-round outdoor use, and winter is exactly when you'll use it most. We design and install with snow, ice, and our freeze-thaw swings in mind.

Who does the installation?

Trained professional crews install every system, and Antler Home Lighting remains your single point of contact from design visit to warranty service.

Do you offer payment options?

Ask your design consultant about payment options during your visit — we'll walk you through what's available for your project. There's nothing to pay online, and nothing to pay before you've accepted a written quote.
