These are not your installation terms

Nothing on this website is your contract. The terms of any work we do for you — scope, price, warranty, timing and everything else — are set out in the written quote and agreement we give you. If anything on this site appears to differ from your written agreement, your written agreement is what governs.

Quotes are subject to a site visit

Nothing on this site is an offer or a price. Every project is quoted individually after we have visited your property, and a quote is only a quote once it is in writing and signed by us.

Information on this site

We work hard to keep this site accurate, and we deliberately leave gaps where we don't have something confirmed rather than guessing. Even so, the content here is general information and is provided without warranty of any kind. Product details can change, and what applies to your home is what we tell you on the design visit and put in your written quote.

Our content

The text, photographs, illustrations, logos and design of this site are owned by Antler Home Lighting or used with permission. You may share and link to pages freely. Please don't reproduce our photographs, branding or written content for commercial purposes without asking us first.

Links to other sites

Some links take you to services we use, such as our booking portal. We don't control other organisations' websites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Acceptable use

Please don't attempt to disrupt this site, submit false information through our forms, or use it to send unsolicited messages. We may block access where we need to.

Limitation

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Alberta or Canadian consumer protection law, and nothing here limits our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada that apply in it. Any dispute belongs in the courts of Alberta.
